To Register:

Step 1 Go to the registration page
Step 2 Enter the email address that you wish to receive emails from CivicSource.com with. Read our privacy policy for more information on how we use your email address. Enter it again to confirm. Enter your choice of a password that is at least eight characters long and includes at least one lower case letter, one upper case letter and one number or symbol. Enter your password again to confirm.
Step 3 Enter your name, mailing address, phone number and date of birth. Your name, address and phone number are required for communication purposes. Should you win an auction, there may be physical mail that is sent to you via USPS. You must be at least 18 years old to register and participate in CivicSource sales.
Step 4 Enter the full name or names exactly as you wish to have them to appear on official documents should you win an auction. You may enter one or more names, for example, John Doe and Jane Doe.
Step 5 To register, you must agree to the terms and conditions. To do so, check the box next to 'I agree to these terms and conditions.' To receive news on upcoming sales, leave the check box next to 'I would like to receive occasional email updates' checked.

To search:

Step 1 Go to the property search page
Step 2 Enter your search criteria, which can include address, city, state, zip code, owner name, or tax authority account number. You can also enter a minimum price, maximum price, auction type or location. Any fields left blank will not be used when searching for properties. Click the search button to see the results.
Step 3 Click on a property to view detailed information about the sale. You can change the sort order of your search results by selecting an order from the 'Sort by' drop down. You can refine your search by clicking on a category next to the search results page. The number next to the category is the number of properties that match that category.
